I began my
career in the music industry in my early twenties and have been
working at recording studios for over forty years. In 1974, I
moved my family from Los Angeles, California to Toronto, Ontario.
I was a chief master engineer at Nimbus Nine Studios and moved
to Lacquer Channel Mastering in the late 70's.
I became a
Christian in 1976 and volunteered to work at 100 Huntley Street
for a short time. After becoming a Christian, my passion for good
sound moved to the house of God, wherever I worshipped. Meeting
Triumphant Sound, at Banfield Memorial Evangelical Missionary
Church, I felt the call to mix sound for them, whenever they needed
me. I now have been with them for three years.
The last few
months have been very exciting as the group has been working on
a CD project entitled "Above All." I have had the privilege
of working with Doug Romanow, the owner and master engineer, of
Fire Escape Recording on this project, giving my input on the
mixes. I will be doing the mastering of the project. It's always
more enjoyable to work on a project that you are personally involved
in. We are looking forward to the Lord blessing this CD. I'm looking
forward to God leading this vocal trio to many places that will
bring God and us closer together.
